I purchased courses from your previous Hub site. How can I access them now?

Great question! In 2024 we began the migration to a NEW, easier-to-use training platform!


To make the transition easy, we've put together a quick video showing you exactly how to access your courses from the Hub site here:



ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Check the SAME email you used to sign in to the OLD Hub site.
  2. Look for the email from Expert Media Academy and Thinkific with the subject line "Welcome to Expert Media Academy (formerly Expert Media Hub)".
  3. Click the link "Click here to set your password."


NOTE: If you do NOT see that Welcome email (it's been a while), you can also access your account by using the "Forgot Password" link.

  1. Go to the Forgot Password Page here.
  2. Enter the SAME email address you used to sign in to the OLD Hub site.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Check your email for instructions on how to set your password.


IMPORTANT!!!

THIS SAME EMAIL ADDRESS is the email you'll use to login to the NEW EMA website in the future UNLESS you change it (refer to video above on how).


That's IT! Now you have access to ALL your courses in the new Expert Media Academy website! Yay!


*NOTE: Many 2016 and ALL earlier trainings are now only available in the free (pay-what-you-want) Courses Archive here. Only a few 2016 courses are moved over to the Academy. Please check this Archive FIRST before telling us you're "missing courses!"
