I purchased a product or course. How do I access it?

Right after your purchase, you should have been taken to a confirmation page with a button to access your product or course.

If this was your first purchase, you should also receive a Welcome email with your login details. (If you don't see it about 15 minutes after purchase, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder.)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to ExpertMediaAcademy.com and click to Sign In.

2. Enter your login information and click Sign in. (NOTE: If you don't have login information yet, please refer to this article for help to set your password.)

NOTE: You can also sign in with Google.

2a. IF and ONLY IF you get this screen... (NOT EVERYONE will see this screen. Skip this step if you don't see it.)

Check your email & enter the Verification Code sent to you by our system, Thinkific.

Click Verify.

3. Click the graphic OR Click Start Course.

Don't see the course?

Use the Search...

...OR scroll down and click the pages:

4. Click the Module Section to open it.

4A. IF you do NOT see the modules on the left-hand side, Click the menu icon (3 bars) in the upper left-hand corner to expand it like this:

5. Click the Lesson to view it.

6. Watch or download the Lesson.

If Video, click Play to watch.

If a downloadable file, click Download to save to your computer.
