[App Suite] How do I change my credit card info?

Updating your credit card for your AI App Suite subscription is easy with these simple steps!

Step 1

CLICK HERE to access our Customer Portal managed by our payment processor, Stripe.

*Be sure to use the SAME email you used to initially subscribe to the App Suite. This is also your login email for the App Suite.

Step 2

Check that SAME email address for the login button and click it.

Step 3

Click Add payment method to add your new credit card.

Step 4

Select your new payment method, fill out the info, and click Add.

Step 5

Click the 3 dots next to your new payment method and click Make default.

OPTIONAL Step 6

Click the 3 dots (as illustrated above) next to your OLD payment method and click Delete to remove it from the Portal.

That's it! Your new payment method will be automatically charged on your next subscription charge date.
