For app issues, errors, or credit questions, we offer 24/7 technical support through email (support@expertmediaacademy.com) and this Support Portal. Most tickets are answered within 2 business days during regular business hours.


We also provide:

  • Step-by-step guides in the apps (more in progress!)
  • Video demos inside each app (in progress!)
  • Live trainings where we demo both our apps and others
