[EMAI App Suite] I got an error on an app. What do I do?

Don’t worry, errors happen sometimes! AI may flag certain words as "forbidden," or an API might have a temporary issue.


First, identify which type of error you're experiencing and follow the steps provided.


If you run into a generic or other error, just follow these steps:

  1. Take a screenshot of the error message or copy it down. This is important. We CANNOT help you if we don't know exactly what kind of error you received.

  2. Click here to submit a new Support Ticket.

  3. In the What brings you here? dropdown, select Report an issue.

  4. Write the exact name of the app in the Description field. We have a LOT of apps that share variations of the same name, so we cannot help you if we do not know what app you're talking about.

  5. Fill out the form and attach your screenshot using the Attachment icon.


    *If the app is completely non-functional, set Priority -> Urgent.



  6. Click Submit and our team will take care of it ASAP!
