However, we reserve the right to update this policy in the future and may switch to a model where unused credits expire after a certain period. Paid plan credits from the previous company continue as they have and reset each month.

CLICK HERE to access our Customer Portal managed by our payment processor, Stripe.
*Be sure to use the SAME email you used to initially subscribe to the App Suite. This is also your login email for the App Suite.
Step 2
Check that SAME email address for the login button and click it.
Step 3
Locate your subscription and click Cancel subscription.
