Great question and totally understandable, especially if your credits are starting to pile up!
Because monthly credits roll over*, it might seem like pausing would be a good option.
However, like most software platforms, an active subscription is required to access and use the apps.
While you’re welcome to cancel and come back later (your unused credits will stay on your account), you won’t be able to use the apps while your subscription is inactive.
This is because we have fixed monthly costs for every active user... things like server space, development team support, and API usage fees (which happen both as a monthly fee we pay and every time an app runs).
So while there isn’t a true “pause” option, the good news is this: When you're ready to jump back in, especially for a big project, you’ll have those saved-up credits ready to go!
*Rollover monthly credits only applies for subscription plans purchased through our website.
