We completely understand that "life" can happen. This article will guide you through your options.
Suspension
At this time, we don’t offer a suspension or “pause” option. This is because there are fixed monthly costs on our end for each active account, even if the tools aren’t being used. Your subscription helps cover those ongoing costs, and we’re not able to keep accounts active without payment coming in.
Locked-In Rates
If you choose to cancel now, you’ll forfeit any special rate you may have received. If you decide to return later, you’ll be welcome to rejoin, but it will be at the current market rate at that time (which may be higher).
Credits
Your credits will remain in your account for a time. However, we cannot guarantee saving your account long-term (past 6 months), as we regularly update the platform and may remove dormant accounts to make room for active members.
Transfer Option
Subscriptions can be transferred to a family member, friend, or biz partner if you’d rather pass it on. Just click here to send us your subscription email + the new person’s name and email. Then if you want to also transfer billing, all they need to do is update the credit card and billing details in the billing system. Click here for instructions.
Downgrade Option
We can downgrade your account to a lower level if you're on a higher one. Click here to submit your request for a downgrade.
And finally... Cancellation
If you want to still cancel your account, miss out on all the updates and new apps, the time and cost savings of the suite, lose your current pricing, and possibly lose the credits you currently have in your account, please click here to follow the instructions. We're sorry to see you go, but more-so sorry to see all the amazingness you'll no longer have access to for all your creative and business endeavors!
