How do I change my email address?

IMPORTANT!

Please DO NOT create a new profile on ExpertMediaAcademy.com if you already have an existing one. Doing so creates duplicate accounts, and we'd have to manually transfer all your courses, a process that can take several days.

To update your email address on our main ExpertMediaAcademy.com site only, follow these steps:

NOTE: Changing your email in the Academy system will also update your login email address.

NOTE: Changing your email there will also update your login email address.

1. Go to ExpertMediaAcademy.com and click to Sign In.

2. Enter your login information and click Sign in. (NOTE: If you don't have login information yet, please refer to this article for help to set your password.)

NOTE: You can also sign in with Google.

2a. IF and ONLY IF you get this screen... (NOT EVERYONE will see this screen. Skip this step if you don't see it.)

Check your email & enter the Verification Code sent to you by our system, Thinkific.

Click Verify.

3. Click on your name and select My Account.

4. Type your new email in the Email box.

5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
