[App Suite] I subscribed but can't sign in. Help!

If you can't sign in at ExpertMedia.AI, then that means one of the following:


1. You have not set the password for your account.


Within 15 minutes of signing up for EMAI, you will receive an Account Setup email with the subject line: ‼️ [IMPORTANT] Finish Your Account Setup for ExpertMedia.AI App Suite ‼️


This email will come from our primary marketing email address: sayhello@expertmediaacademy.com.


IMPORTANT: Make sure you add that above email address to your Approved Senders. If emails from this email address show up under "Promotions" or other email filters and you do not locate and move them to your Primary folder, you may miss important App Suite notices and announcements.


IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE OR SEE THAT EMAIL, please do the following:

  1. Click HERE to access the Account Setup for EMAI.
  2. Enter the same email address you used to purchase.
  3. Click Complete Setup.

    ‼️ IMPORTANT ‼️
    ONLY the email address you used to purchase the App Suite subscription will let you in! ExpertMedia.ai is a different website than ExpertMediaAcademy.com. The email will only be the same if you used the same email as you use for the other website at checkout!
  4. Enter the password you want to use in both password fields and click Complete Setup. (They must match!)


    *Save your password somewhere safe and bookmark ExpertMedia.AI so you can get in fast!


2. The email address you used to sign up may be different than one already in our system, so you might have duplicate accounts.


This happens more often than you might think! If you feel this is the case, please click here to send us a Support Ticket so we can double-check, combine your accounts, and appropriately credit any credits you have paid for as a one-time courtesy.


Note: We expect our members to pay attention to their own billing and ensure you're using the same email to renew your subscription so you don't lose any credits and don't get double billed.



3. The email address you used to sign up might be misspelled.


We get it, this happens more often than you might think! If none of the above works for you, please click here to send us a Support Ticket so we can double-check and fix your email address.
