The Coupon Code won't work. What do I do?

First, please note that not all of our courses are eligible for discounts, so you may not have an active coupon code available.

Discounted or sale pricing typically applies when:

• A live course is currently being taught and may increase in price later due to added value.

• A course is being retired. (It will no longer be available for public sale, but previous buyers will retain access.)

• A special promotion is running. (These happen only once or twice a year.)

• The deadline for a special promotion has NOT yet passed.
