The Coupon Code won't work. What do I do?

Not all courses are eligible for discounts, so you may not have a valid coupon for this course.

Coupons usually only work when:

• A course is on sale or being retired.
  
• A special promo is running (rare, 1–2 times a year).
  
• You're using a valid survey coupon on an older course. (Survey coupons are good for 2023-2024 only.)

Brand-new live courses aren’t eligible for coupons. They’re already offered at the lowest price at launch.
