For the Course training:
To move the course over to our system, we had to manually upload every individual video and text document. Our system is a completely different system than the old company, therefore all progress would be reset back to 0%.
All you have to do is start with START HERE and the Pre-Requisites for each course. Read them, mark them complete, then all the other lessons will open up for you.
Simply click Complete and continue at the bottom of every lesson you know you've already completed, and the system will track it. And you may discover a lesson you wanted to revisit anyway!
For the AI App Suite:
If you already activated your App Suite subscription, you shouldn't notice much disruption! Your app suite history (for apps that do not get updated to new versions) and project progress will remain intact, so you can continue working without too much interruption.
Your existing App Suite logins will also work on our website (same username/password as before) since all we did was change the domain name to ExpertMedia.ai (click that to go to the App Suite login page!)
Plus, we're actively developing new apps and upgraded versions of existing ones to make your experience even better!
