[AIPP] What happens to my account & data now that you took over?

Great question! You originally had two separate accounts in the previous system, and that setup has carried over, so you now have two accounts on two different websites within our system as well.


Here's how it works:


1. Expert Media Academy Member's Area

  • The email and name you used to purchase was imported into our Expert Media Academy system so you could retain access to your purchase.
  • No other personal data was transferred.

2. AI App Suite Subscriptions (Now EMAI 2.0)

  • IF you had an active, PAID subscription, your login email and name (which we previously used for support purposes) transferred from EMAI 1.0 (formerly "The Plan AI") to EMAI 2.0.
  • All paid subscriptions are automatically renewed (unless you cancel) and securely encrypted in our payment processor, Stripe.


IMPORTANT: All app subscriptions and Top-Up credits past, present, or future are non-refundable due to the hard costs involved and the multiple reminders sent before renewals. This policy was carried over from the original company and is standard practice for subscription-based software services.
