[AIPP] I'm missing credits. It doesn't seem like the 100 per month are crediting to my account.

If your subscription was originally purchased through AI Profit Pathways, you would have received:

  • 1,100 rollover credits to start
  • 100 new credits per month as long as your subscription remains active


However, please note that rollover credits (with the exception of the initial 1,100 and any Top-Ups purchased separately) only apply to subscription plans purchased directly through Expert Media Academy.


If you’re still on a legacy plan from the previous company, those plans do not include rollover


Your 100 monthly credits still get added, but unused credits do not carry over from month to month. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to modify those older plans.


Once your current subscription automatically expires, you’ll need to purchase a new one through Expert Media Academy


When you do, any unused credits tied to your email address will apply and NEW subscription plan credits will roll over moving forward, as long as you subscribe using the same email address you used before.
