[AIPP] My subscription says “NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION”. What do I do?

If you see this message while logged into the app suite, it means your subscription has ended and needs to be renewed to access the apps and use any credits on your account.


Here’s how the app suite works:

  • A subscription is required to access the apps (this covers system costs, updates, and support).
  • Credits cover the actual cost the AIs charge us for each app and vary depending on the app, which AIs are used, and how much they are used to make the app work. Some credits come with your subscription and they can also be purchased separately to “top up” should you ever need more.


If you had 6 free months and see this message:

It means your free trial was activated at some point, even if you didn’t use it.


Unfortunately, we cannot reactivate your original 6-month bonus trial if:

  • You already activated it (even if unused), or
  • You try to activate it after April 15, 2025.


While your existing subscription and credits will transfer, to keep using the app suite after April 15, 2025, you’ll need to renew your subscription under the new system once your subscription runs out. This could be a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription.
