Don’t worry, errors happen sometimes! AI may flag certain words as "forbidden," or an API might have a temporary issue.
First, identify which type of error you're experiencing and follow the steps provided:
If you run into an error not listed above, just follow these steps:
- Take a screenshot of the error message or copy it down.
- Click here to submit a new Support Ticket.
- In the What brings you here? dropdown, select Report an issue.
- Write the exact name of the app in the Description field. We have a LOT of apps that share variations of the same name, so we cannot help you if we do not know what app you're talking about.
- Fill out the form and attach your screenshot using the Attachment icon.
*If the app is completely non-functional, set Priority -> Urgent. - Click Submit and our team will take care of it ASAP!
